A Day to Remember!

Welcome and thank you for purchasing your one or two hour Groupon photo shoot. Below you will find details including what your shoot includes in its cost, what can be purchased additionally both before and after your photoshoot as well as a questionnaire to help better exceed your every expectation on the day of your shoot. We like to make your photo shoot more than about the photo's that you get in return, but a memorable experience that is fun for all.

We request all appointments be at least 3 days in advance. For last minute availability additional charges may apply. Call 980-475-1970 for questions and details.

Your Groupon Includes:

# Designated on your voucher of basic digitally edited low resolution images with watermark (not proof mark). Perfect for sharing digitally, through social media etc.

# Of outfit changes (you provide) Designated on your voucher

Choice of shooting both indoor and outdoor or just indoor at our studio location. Some on location shoots at UNCC Gardens or another designated public park site within 20 miles of above address decided by the photographer as stated in your terms of service.

Amount of time from set meeting time until the 1 or 2 hour mark hits.

What your Groupon Does Not Include:

Print Rights (The ability to take the photos and ordert hrough another company at their cost OR printing the images yourself. Both are considered illegal and with low resolution images prints will not come out correctly due to size) You may buy print rights at a discount BEFORE your shoot on this page below. ) Price from $125-$175 depending on package.

High Resolution Images ( Required for Print Rights)

On location shoots such as events, parties, etc.

Two hour shoots must be used at one time and may not be divided by location.

Event photography, Reunions, Multiple Families at Once, weddings, Etc not included. Holiday Days are not included in groupon purchases. Most holidays we are unavailable or have special rates for working holiday hours. 5 Person Maximum $10 sitting fee per extra person.

Additional time is $75 per hour. Half hour increments required. Wardrobe changes/breaks etc count in time.

Print Rights & High Resolution Image Upgrade

You may purchase l print rights to your photo shoot purchasedby grouponBEFORE or the day of the shoot. This upgrade includes all high resolution images that are Watermark FREE. These are lifetime print rights to print your images. The price for the one hour photo session upgrade is $125 and the price for the 2 hour photo session upgrade is $175.

This includes a certificate in your link or CD that gives you lifetime rights to your images and watermark free High Resolution images as an upgrade. Prints purchased after must be made through EVE Entertainment LLC. For questions on our print packages ask the day of your shoot or check the website link below. We range from $75.99 ( 2 5 x 7 8 4 x 6) to $600 for basic family shoot print packages.

FAQ- Why are my Print rights not included in my images?

On occasion people ask why print rights /high resolution images are not included in their photo session. By Federal Law photographer's own copyrights and print rights to all images they have taken.
